Lyndsey Buchanan – Hearing Instrument Specialist
Arizona and California State Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
Lyndsey Buchanan is the Hearing Instrument Specialist for our Peoria location. Lyndsey was born and raised in San Jose, California. She began her career as a Hearing Aid Specialist 8 years ago. Lyndsey is great with the technical side, however her passion lies in helping people improve their quality of life and hearing needs. She is dedicated in her commitment to each patient’s individual hearing needs. Lyndsey is excited to be a part of the Emery Hearing Centers team and is dedicated to improving quality of life through hearing help.
Patient Care Coordinator at Mesa Location
Kimberly Flores is our Patient Care Coordinator for our Mesa office. She is from Frankfort, Kentucky. She is the mother of four beautiful children. Kim has been in the customer service industry for the past 15 years. She enjoys working with people and will go above and beyond for the needs of our patients. Kim truly enjoys working in the hearing aid industry and finds it very rewarding to help people with their hearing needs and educate them on their products.
Patient Care Coordinator at Sun City West Location
Jennifer Cerda is our Patient Care Coordinator for the Sun City West location. She has been married for 12 years and has two beautiful children! Originally from Southern California she relocated to Arizona a couple years ago. She enjoys crafting, baking and spending time with her family in Las Vegas when she gets the chance! She has over 15 years of experience working as an office administrator. The hearing aid industry is new for her, but she is excited to learn something brand new and to help people in hearing better.
Patient Care Coordinator at Scottsdale Location
Ashley Schopp is our Patient Care Coordinator for our Scottsdale location. She was born and raised in Chenoa, Illinois. She moved out to Phoenix 4 years ago for school. Some of her hobbies include any kind of sport, especially basketball, exercising and staying fit, and loves being creative through scrapbooking and other art activities. She has been in the customer service industry for about 4 years now and loves helping people in any way that she can.
